How to maintain a healthy bodies that are immune from disease attacks.



Who wants to get an attack? Of course there is no Yes, there are many things we can do to protect it. Here is some health ways we can try.

1. Green vegetables.

5. Get enough sleep.

 Adequate sleep is one of the key to strong immunity. Stress has been shown to weaken the immune system so that peoples become susceptible to disease. When stressed the body releases the hormone cortisol. Cortisol helps fight inflammation and disease. But constant release of hormones in people who experience chronic stress turns out to reduce the ability of these hormones. This can cause the body to become inflamed and susceptible to disease. So one way to maintain proper body health is to control stress. We can try doing yoga or meditation exercises to control or eliminate stress.

7. Socialize with people around.


Loneliness is often associated as a trigger for several diseases, especially in people who have just recovered from heart surgery. Research published in the American Psychological Association shows that social isolation can increase stress, which slows down the immune response and the ability to heal quickly.

8. Maintain cleanliness.


Another way to maintain health is to maintain personal hygiene and environment around. That way, we avoid attacks by various diseases. Here are some ways to maintain good hygiene:

  • Bathe every day
  • Wash hands before eating or preparing food and after eating.
  • Wash hands before inserting contact lenses or doing other activities that make us in contact with eyes or mouth.
